Joan serves as the Chief Executive Officer providing policies that promote a cohesive company culture and vision as well as developing the growth of the organization. Joan has a Master of Business Administration, earned dual Bachelors in Applied Mathematics and Secondary Education.
Joan previously served as the Mathematics Department Head at Jones High School, teaching math classes, including Advanced Placement Calculus AB. Joan helped to found Critical Fault and has provided valuable leadership with the growth and networking of the company. Joan is currently studying for her associate CISSP.
Jordan serves as the Chief Security Officer, providing guidance and security testing through covert entry methods. Jordan founded Critical Fault in June of 2021 with his co-founders and loves to blend together the digital and physical realms.
Jordan has a diverse background, with formal education in physics, mathematics, chemistry, and biology. He has conducted research with the EPA, co-authoring two published papers. Additionally, he previously worked for the State of Oklahoma as lead environmental risk assessor, provided analysis of nuclear material security, and served as a project manager.
Jordan provides leadership and promotes diversity through many programs, such as through his roles on two ASIS steering committees. He served as OKC Chapter Secretary for the AICCOk and makes it a priority to be engaged in various other roles in community outreach.
Kris serves as the Chief Technology Officer by providing strategic guidance, software development, and security testing services. He is a trained penetration tester and experienced application developer with over 15 years in the industry.
He has obtained many certifications including the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), Certified Incident Handler (ECIH), and the CompTIA Pentest+. He also performs digital forensic investigations for various industries and law enforcement groups. Kristopher recently completed his Master of Science in Cybersecurity.
